1. Jazz in the Garden

Every Friday evening in the summer you can find live music in the National Gallery of Art’s Sculpture Garden. It is the perfect setting to relax with a glass of sangria and listen to music. The laid-back atmosphere works best for a casual team outing.

2. An Afternoon at the Museum

When you live and work in D.C., it’s easy to forget that we have all of these free museums at our fingertips! Take an afternoon with your team to explore one of the Smithsonian museums. For a shorter excursion, try the Renwick or Hirshhorn, which are smaller and more manageable for a quick trip!

3. Embrace Nature

7. Take Lunch Outside

Why sit in a restaurant when you could enjoy the outdoors? Whether you do a traditional picnic or cater/buy lunch, there are many beautiful places to sit outside.
