We appreciate the importance of consistency and do whatever we can to make our community members' jobs easier on a daily basis. The foundation for a strong relationship with any client is trust, and that trust can only be established by following through time and time again with the promise of great service.

At AdvantEdge, we are most proud of the genuine relationships of trust we have been able to establish with members of our community over the years. It is because of these relationships that many of our clients have placed their faith AdvantEdge to host their business for upwards of 10 and 20 years. Here are a few big reasons why AdvantEdge has engendered such loyalty:

  • Transparency: At AdvantEdge, every client has personal access to one of our Vice Presidents or our CEO on a daily basis. If a client wants to discuss their services, provide feedback, or even negotiate a renewal agreement, they can do so face to face with company leadership. No waiting on hold on your phone for an hour just to end up talking to a robot. When you have a question or feedback, you get to share and get an answer directly from company leadership. 

  • Flexibility: Being a small a smaller fish in the ocean of coworking options is actually one of our greatest strengths! As a small business, AdvantEdge has the adaptability to provide personalized service to meet the needs of each client. We are also the only Shared Workspace in the area that is willing to make physical alterations to office space to fulfill client requests. Basically, if we don’t already have a membership package or office space that is right for you, we will create one!

  • Support: AdvantEdge provides a larger on-site Client Services team than any of our local competitors. When running a business, unexpected obstacles and tasks come up every single day, it's our job to have your back and tackle these challenges together. Our capable staff is ready at a moment’s notice to pitch in and make sure these bumps in the road don’t turn into potholes.

One of the greatest compliments we can receive from a client is when they let us know that they are ready to renew their lease agreement. Our first priority is to build relationships of trust and understanding with all members of the AdvantEdge community, so when the time comes to renew or renegotiate their agreement, they feel comfortable with us and know we have their best interests at heart.
