AdvantEdge Workspaces is excited to ring in the New Year with SEVEN new Client Services Coordinators across our two DC locations! The position of Client Services Coordinator is the glue that holds AdvantEdge Workspaces together. From the bright smiles that greet each of our clients and their guests daily to the competent and supportive personal service that they provide, our Client Services Coordinators are integral to the success of our shared workspaces.
Athena Russo, Vice President of Operations, states, “We are so excited to welcome this new group to the AdvantEdge Team. Our 2101 L St. NW location has welcomed four new team members: Gernika Tyler, Quran Boddie, Aaliyah Bowman and Brittney Franklin.
Gernika (Gina) Tyler joins us with three years of industry experience, as well as five years in customer, hospitality and administrative services. She is a District native who is eager to assist you with anything you may need as our client. We are so excited for the energy that Gina brings to our team!
Business Administration major, Quran Boddie, is the young, bearded man responsible for your daily dose of warm greetings. Quran would love to meet more of our clients and utilize his business knowledge to help your business grow!
Aaliyah Bowman joins us with over five years of customer and administrative service experience. She is looking forward to using her love for creativity and the arts to round out the positive dynamic of the team.
Brittney Franklin comes to AdvantEdge with eight years of experience in the customer service and administrative assistant fields. She enjoys going above and beyond to meet clients’ needs and can’t wait to meet and work with everyone. Brittney resides in Maryland and when she’s not at AdvantEdge you can find her reading, swimming or styling hair. We know Brittney’s experience and positivity will add so much to our team!
Our 5335 Wisconsin Ave. NW location has welcomed three new members: Karen Funez, Jasmine Drewery and Jessica Edwards.

Multitasker extraordinaire, Karen Funez, brings with her over a decade of experience in customer service as a server. Fortunately for AdvantEdge, Karen decided in 2017 that it was time to hang up her apron and put her polished customer service skills to use for our clients. Karen is excited to continue learning more about each of our clients in order to tailor her assistance specifically to each business’ needs. In her free time Karen likes to spend time with her two daughters and squeeze in as many activities as possible. She also continues to serve at Chatter on nights and weekends. Some habits….
Jessica Edwards is the newest member of our Chevy Chase Client Services team. Before coming to AdvantEdge Workspaces, Jessica worked as a dispatcher at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Although she loved working at such a beautiful hotel, she desired an atmosphere with an escalated level of business professionalism. Jessica loves interacting with our clients. Outside of work, Jessica attends American University where she is majoring in Public Relations & Strategic Communications.
AdvantEdge’s sweetheart, Jasmine Drewery, joins the team with years of experience in customer and administrative service. Jasmine is so excited to enhance her skills and knowledge with AdvantEdge and the many amazing clients whom she loves to support. Jasmine enjoys interacting and meeting new people, so when you see her around the suite, don’t hesitate to say, “Hello!” Jasmine strives to provide outstanding customer service and go above and beyond to ensure the job is done. In her free time she loves to relax, sing and listen to music.
