How do you want to work?”  It’s not a question someone who’s searching for shared office space often asks themselves.  However at AdvantEdge, the how is just as important as the where when it comes to the types of office solutions we provide.

AdvantEdge is proud to offer part-time office space and day office use at both of our centers.  What’s the difference you may ask between part-time office and day office use?

Part-time office space offers all the same amenities from renting full-time space with an executive suites company, but for less than the standard 40 hours/week and on a month-to-month basis.  AdvantEdge offers highly customized part-time packages based on our clients’ needs (and subject to current availability).  So while there is no concrete set of parameters,  we've typically offered part-time offices in packages of 20 or 30 hours per month.

We strive to offer customized office solutions for our clients and will work to craft a package that satisfies your business needs.  We understand that business needs are constantly changing; thus the services you require as a new start-up company will surely differ as you expand, new workplace trends emerge, and technologies rapidly evolve.

Meanwhile, AdvantEdge also offers closed door day offices for rental to anyone who does not already rent full-time, part-time or virtual office space from us.  These reservations typically are for a single day, but also can span multiple days depending on the requirement.  

Furthermore, an alternative option to part-time office space and day office use is a dedicated desk at our brand new Downtown co-working lounge.  For a flat monthly rate you will have full access to our state-of-the-art business lounge which provides wifi, complimentary coffee/tea, and various other benefits beyond shared office space.
