Making your own trail mix is cost-effective and fast! This is also a terrific snacking option because you can customize it to satisfy any dietary restrictions. Choose your favorite nuts, dried fruits, candies, and crackers for a unique combo that keeps you going and glowin!. Make several servings ahead of time for a simple, healthy snack you can grab on the go.


The 3 PM Cheese Plate

Want your snacks to look as professional as your workspace? Assemble your own cheese plate by pairing your favorite fruits such as apple or orange slices or grapes with cheese for a sophisticated plate that’ll put a little pep in your step. Slice fruits and pair them with your favorite Gouda, cheddar, brie, or Havarti. Adding a quarter cup of almonds, macadamias, or cashews can also add some healthy protein and fiber for a balanced snack!
