AdvantEdge Business Lounges

AdvantEdge business lounges provide professional, functional workspaces that enable you to focus on your business without finicky coffee shop Internet connections or disruptions. Comprised of open workstations, community tables, oversized reading chairs and cafe-style seating, our DC area coworking spaces provide casual workspaces to suit all styles.

Our lounges provide a professional aesthetic mixed with a relaxed atmosphere suitable for independent work or casual brainstorming sessions. Need a private space? Our friendly and attentive administrative staff can help you book meeting rooms or private offices, and also provide business support services to help you get the job done.

Chevy Chase Business Lounges

On the edge of Washington, DC and neighboring Maryland, our Chevy Chase workspace features two business lounges conveniently located in the premier Chevy Chase Pavilion building. With interior access to the Friendship Heights Metro station and abundant parking in the building’s underground garage, our Chevy Chase business lounges provide professional workspaces without the hassle of commuting downtown. With popular restaurants like Brian Voltaggio’s Range and the Cheesecake Factory, and shopping at J. Crew and World Market, our Chevy Chase location is a convenient, easy-to-access alternative to a home office.

4th Floor Lounge

Featuring an elegant bar and comfortable seating, our 4th floor business lounge provides a casual and functional work environment that is perfect for small meetings or individual work. The adjacent small conference room seats up to four guests and the adjoining board room seats up to 16 guests. The lounge provides the perfect environment for networking with other small businesses or to use as a breakout meeting space, and is just steps away from our on-site staff who is available to provide business support services at any time.

6th Floor Lounge

A contemporary space perfect for working, meeting, relaxing, and special events, our 6th floor lounge features a variety of workspaces. With a glass partition wall opening to our 48-person training room as well as a beautiful atrium terrace, this space is versatile enough to handle luncheons, board meetings, or social events. High-top tables, booths, individual workstations, and day offices are available, creating a space suited for individual work, lunch breaks, or casual meetings.

Downtown Business Lounge

Situated in DC’s prime Golden Triangle Central Business District, our Washington DC office center is a short metro ride from Capitol Hill and within walking distance to the K Street Corridor, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank. Several restaurants, a daycare center, and a bank are all located on the street-level within the building, providing the ultimate convenience.

Featuring beautiful artwork, the downtown lounge is a great place to send emails at the breakfast bar or to collaborate with other professionals at the community table. Our downtown lounge also provides individual, open workstations, two phone "booths," private offices that can be reserved hourly or daily, and a small conference room. The business lounge can be reserved for larger groups and provides a spacious, open workspace for numerous employees in addition to three private offices for directors or supervisors.
