Our Chevy Chase and Downtown locations feature spacious training rooms to accommodate groups of up to 48 guests. Each comes fully-equipped with state-of-the-art conference room technology that will make your next large-scale meeting a professional, easily-accessible and effortless success, including:

  • Flexible and reconfigurable professional audiovisual environment
  • 9” wall-mounted color touch panel for simple and intuitive control of all AV functions and capabilities
  • 1080P digital projector and a 56”x100” motorized projection screen
  • 2 wall-mounted 60” 1920x1080 LED displays
  • Laptop connectivity at two locations in the room: one wall box and one floor box (supports HDMI/VGA connections and audio)
  • 6 ceiling-mounted speakers, a ceiling microphone array, and a wireless microphone system

Videoconferencing Technology

At AdvantEdge, we provide you with low-cost, advanced videoconferencing capabilities at all of our DC locations. Our Lifesize 220 equipment allows HD video and audio conferencing, ensuring that the quality of your meeting is never compromised.  

Our IP-based network support allows maximum compatibility and flexibility, customized graphics, and presentation sharing interfaces that allow you to display your computer screen remotely to conference attendees.
