Since entering the hospitality industry at a young age, customer service has been my profession and my passion. We had the phrase, ‘We learn to serve’ emblazoned on the chests of our school uniforms, and that phrase has remained imprinted on my heart.
When I founded AdvantEdge over 30 years ago, the term coworking didn’t even exist. I was taking a big risk, but I believed strongly in my vision for creating an atmosphere were professionals could be productive and comfortable, while providing top notch service to propel their businesses forward. I was so committed to this mission that I didn’t even take a salary for the first couple years as the operation got up and running.
Being a small business owner and founder myself, I know the obstacles and frustrations that come along with managing an organization; this makes AdvantEdge uniquely capable of supporting our community members through those choppy waters on a daily basis.
