At a price point below most hotel conference spaces, AdvantEdge can host your next professional gathering with the latest technology in a spacious setting.  While both hotels and executive suites offer many of the same event amenities, AdvantEdge corporate meeting space can offer precise, customized options for an efficient training session without breaking your budget.

Our Chevy Chase, DC and Downtown DC training rooms are designed to accommodate up to 48 people in various configurations. Our training rooms feature two 65” flat screen HD televisions, ceiling mounted projectors with A/V connections, and computer-to-screen projection available for a myriad of devices.

Our experienced on-site administrative staff is dedicated to assisting you with your meeting. With the knowledge to help you coordinate the perfect meeting, conference or training session, our staff is always ready to help you and your guests with clerical needs (such as printing, copying, faxing, phone calls, etc.) and we take care of the planning so you don’t have to.

While many hotels often offer on-site catering, what if you would prefer a different restaurant or to bring your own food? Our flexible model allows you to select your preferred catering options anytime.  AdvantEdge can arrange and handle catering for you and your guests from anywhere you choose.  Even though we are here to help, we do not require you to use any additional services should you prefer to make arrangements yourself.

Downtown Training Room

Our Downtown Washington DC office center is conveniently located minutes away from Capitol Hill, the State Department, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, connecting your business to everything Washington, DC has to offer. With multiple hotels such as the Ritz-Carlton, the Fairmont, and the Park Hyatt nearby, our Downtown training room is a comfortable location for locals and out-of-town guests. With ample parking and numerous restaurants in and around the building, our Downtown training room provides an array of catering options during the workday and casual places to network after.

Our Downtown training room seats up to 48 people and can be configured in a classroom style, boardroom style, or pod style setup. With a private kitchen and a small office adjoining the main training space, our Downtown training room can be set up for any event ranging from half-day trainings to long-term document reviews and depositions.

Chevy Chase Training Room

With interior access to the Friendship Heights Metro station and ample parking in an underground garage, our Chevy Chase training room is in a great location to connect you, your staff and clients to the Washington, DC Metro Area at large. A mixed-use building with a variety of restaurants and home to the Embassy Suites hotel, our Chevy Chase Center provides the epitome of ease and comfort for out-of-town guests. Nestled in the Chevy Chase Village neighborhood, visitors have access to high-end boutiques and trendy restaurants such as Brian Voltaggio’s Range.

Our Chevy Chase training room features a state-of-the-art facility with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall which opens up to an adjoining café and indoor patio, all overlooking the Chevy Chase Pavilion atrium. Guests can reserve both the training room and the café to create the ultimate special event space in various configurations with a capacity of up to 48 people. Guests have access to complimentary beverages and the enclosed café creates the perfect alternate space for breakout sessions or a comfortable, mid-day lunch.
